Do I actually own my website?
Here is the honest version. Your domain, your content, your photos, your leads and your Google accounts are yours from day one. The website build itself is ours while you subscribe, which is exactly why you pay nothing up front. Complete the 24-month term and the site becomes yours too, in writing. What happens if I want to leave?
Three ways, all fair. Finish the term: the site is yours, with a free full export. Leave early: pay the published buyout price (from £249 to £1,495 depending on how far in you are) and take the site with you. Or just walk away with 30 days’ notice, keeping your domain, your data and everything you supplied.
What does it cost after the 24 months?
£99 a month for as long as you want us to keep running it, and that covers everything it covered before. Or take your site and go; no hard feelings, and no fee for the export.
Why is there a 24-month term at all?
Because we build the whole site up front and charge you nothing for it. The monthly fee spreads a real cost, it does not invent one. The published buyout schedule is there so the term never becomes a trap.
What is the 30-day clause?
If you do not love the site within 30 days of going live, you can cancel, pay nothing further, and owe nothing. We take the site down and part as friends. It exists so the 24-month term never has to be taken on faith.
Is it really custom, or a template with my logo on it?
Every site starts with an art direction sheet: type, colour, shape, spacing and layout chosen for your business, and no two clients in the same trade and area ever share the same combination. That rule is checked on every build. This page is built on the same system, so judge it by what you are looking at.
What is included each month, and what costs extra?
Included: hosting, security, backups, the portal, your lead inbox, analytics, and content edits and support each month. Quoted separately, always before any work happens: extra pages, new features, and changes to the design or structure of the site. You will never find a surprise on the invoice.
Is £129 + VAT the real price?
Yes. No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no hosting surcharge. If you are not VAT-registered the VAT is a real cost to you, so with VAT it is £154.80 a month; we would rather say that here than have you find out on an invoice.
Who is behind this?
The Monthly Studio is a trading name of Adstract Media & Marketing Ltd, a Blackburn agency that has been building bespoke websites, SEO and advertising for UK businesses for years. Monthly Studio exists so smaller businesses can get the same standard of work without the agency price tag.
